🔒 Your Privacy Matters

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 12 August 2026

1. Overview and Scope

Your privacy is important to us. Prepvivo ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at https://prepvivo.com (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collection and use.

We are based in Singapore and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We do not collect, store, or retain any personal data from our users (except for minimal information you may voluntarily provide when contacting us, which is used only to reply and is not retained). We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage statistics – this is the only tracking technology we employ.

Important: This policy does not address the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canadian privacy laws, or the privacy laws of any US state. If you are a resident of the European Union, Canada, or the United States, please do not use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you are not a resident of those jurisdictions and you agree to the terms of this policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

2. Contact Information

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us:

We do not have a public physical mailing address. All correspondence should be sent via email or our contact form.

3. What Information Do We Collect?

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

We do not collect personal data through automated means. If you choose to contact us via email or our contact form, we will only use the information you provide (e.g., your email address and message) to respond to your enquiry. We do not store this information in any database; after your enquiry is resolved, we delete the correspondence.

We do not have user accounts, registration forms, or newsletter sign‑ups that collect personal data.

B. Information Automatically Collected via Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects:

  • IP address (which we have enabled IP anonymisation so that the last octet is masked);
  • Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution;
  • Pages visited, time spent, and referral sources;
  • General geographic location (country/city level, not precise GPS).

All this data is aggregated and anonymised; we cannot and do not identify individual users.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not place any cookies or tracking pixels on your device. However, Google Analytics may set its own cookies to function properly. These cookies are governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on.

We do not use any other cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies.

5. How Do We Use Your Information?

The only information we have access to is anonymised Google Analytics data. We use this data to:

  • Improve our website content and navigation;
  • Understand user behaviour and preferences (in aggregate);
  • Monitor technical performance and detect errors.

We do not use any information for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

6. Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell, trade, or rent any information. The only third party with access to anonymised data is Google (via Google Analytics), which processes data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

We do not share any personal data with the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB), or any other government agency unless required by law (and even then, we have no personal data to share).

7. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not retain any. Correspondence received via email or contact form is deleted once we have responded to your enquiry.

Google Analytics retains aggregated data according to its own retention policy, which we cannot control.

8. Data Security

We do not store personal data, so there is no risk of unauthorised access to such data from our side. We take reasonable measures to secure our website and servers, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against attacks beyond our control.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Singapore PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data. However, since we do not collect or retain any personal data, these rights are not applicable to you in relation to our Services. If you have a concern, please contact us and we will address it.
